Jon Higley has maintained my website for the past several years, and I am very happy to recommend his work and services.

Jon has been extremely easy to work with. As is naturally the case with websites, nearly everything has to be done by e-mail and rarely face to face or even by phone, so your web manager certainly needs to be a person who can receive e-mail instructions and act on them promptly. Jon certainly does that. Because of the nature of my web page, my instructions and changes are often complicated and confusing - even to me. Jon always goes to work cheerfully and promptly and is very willing to correct changes that didn't come out exactly as I wanted them - even when they weren't his fault.

Jon exhibits the highest integrity. This is very important because after all, you do trust your web master with a lot of information that must be kept confidential. I have never had the slightest worry about that and his charges are extremely reasonable.
