NAE™ Project: Update January 14, 2010 Ladies and Gentlemen:
Team North American Eagle is pleased to announce that it has made the front cover of the January 2010 issue of GPS World Magazine. Written by Don Talend, you can read about how the Eagle has integrated the Topcon GPS unit into the vehicle.
The Eagle has over 70 onboard sensors and are tied to position, velocity and time coordinates by an onboard GNSS receiver. Don Talend interviewed Steve Wallace, NAE Data Acquisition Scientist on how the system works. It is an in-depth article that shows how technology is making it possible for the North American Eagle to break the 763 mph world land speed record.
We know a lot of our fans are on facebook. Now the North American Eagle™ is on facebook! In fact many of our team members are also! Tell your friends! It's fun!
